The coronal suture is a dense, fibrous connective tissue joint that separates the two parietal bones from the frontal bone of the skull.
The anterior fontanelle is visualised (delayed closure of anterior fontanelle, arrow head). There is widening of the coronal suture (large black arrows), concerning for increased intracranial pressure. If certain bones of the skull grow too fast then premature fusion of the sutures may occur. I don't think the minute quantity of radiation from a skull xray should cause any problems.
